Important: Read through our advice below before you make a maintenance request.
Toilet Clogs
If your toilet is clogged, you can use a plunger to attempt to dislodge the blockage. Do not flush your toilet if the basin is already full, as this could cause a flood.
Drains
Dealing with a slow or clogged drain? Attempt to use cleaning tools to remove any debris stuck in the pipe. Many hardware stores sell an array of plastic cleaners you can use to try to resolve the issue.
Should you lose electrical power in your rental home, call your utility provider before you make your repair request.

If you don't have enough (or any) hot water in your rental home, locate the water heater for your property and check the settings on the side. Does everything look accurate?
Verify that the water heater has power (or that the pilot light is lit).
If you make any changes, please give the heater time to begin working.
