MOVE-IN CHECKLIST

FIRST MONTH'S RENT & DEPOSIT

Your first month's rent payment, security deposit, and any other fees must be paid before you can take possession of the property.

MOVE-IN DATE & INSPECTION

We will schedule your official move-in date at the lease signing. 

Reminder: "Move-in condition form is due to our office 7 days from move-in date!"

UTILITIES

Utility account for your rental home need to be placed in your name immediately after signing the lease. Please remember, failure to promptly put the accounts in your name could cause you to lose access to service temporarily. You will be responsible for any fees associated with restoring utility access.

MOVE-OUT CHECKLIST

NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE

We ask all tenants to provide written notice of intent to vacate. Refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your lease.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit you pay before moving into your rental home serves as protection against any damaged that could occur during your stay.
After you leave the premises, we will perform a final inspection. If we identify any damages, we will make repairs and deduct expenses from the deposit.
The remainder will be returned to you promptly.

PROPERTY CONDITION

All tenants are responsible for bringing their rental homes back to rent-ready condition at the end of the lease.
This includes cleaning the home, removing all of your belongings, and making any necessary repairs.
If you have outdoor space where you generally take care of landscaping tasks, please make certain to also handle these once more.
